a) We will disclose your information if we need to do so in order to deliver a specific service - for example we use third party designers from time to time and obviously we need to disclose information about the project and client in order to carry out our work.

c) To the purchaser of any business assets we are selling.

Information Security

Communications over the internet such as emails etc are not secure unless they have been encrypted. Our client area is protected by SSL but other areas of our website have open access. We do not share email addresses etc with other organisations unless for the reasons stated above.

Email

Opt in policy

Ariadne Designs Ltd will never send email unless you have signed up for email via our members area. If you have been sent any email you regard as SPAM from our server or one of our clients please forward it to abuse@ariadnedesigns.com. We attempt to meet the very highest standards both with our own email policy and that we advocate to our clients. Any complaints are immediately taken up with clients.

Third party emails

We do provide email services for a number of membership organisations. If you have any problems or issues with our email services please report them directly to abuse@ariadnedesigns.com

Data protection

We do not collect personal information from visitors to our website unless you explicitly and intentionally provide it. Personal information is collected in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Personal information will be held securely and not passed on to others, unless you have given your consent or requested by law.

Anti SPAM policy

We operate an anti-spam policy which all of our clients must adhere to. All enewsletters sent from us have an opt out section at the base and if you remove yourself from a list we will ensure that you are not contacted again. If you are having an issue with any of our mailing clients please do contact us directly and we will follow the matter up.
